By accessing or using our services, you ("Client", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We offer professional marketing services including, but not limited to:

  • Digital marketing strategy

  • Social media management

  • Content creation and copywriting

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide all necessary content, approvals, and access in a timely manner.

  • Respond to communications promptly to avoid delays.

  • Ensure all materials provided to us do not infringe on any third-party rights.

4. Payment Terms

100% of the total project or service fee is due upfront, prior to the commencement of any work.

  • All invoices must be paid in full before work begins.

  • All prices are in Euros (€) and exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to materials you provide.

  • We retain ownership of all work and deliverables until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, intellectual property rights to the final deliverables (excluding third-party tools or assets used under license) will transfer to you.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement in writing with reasonable notice. If you choose to terminate before completion of the service:

  • No refunds will be issued unless otherwise agreed.

  • You may be charged for any work completed up to the termination date, if not already covered by the upfront payment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service.

9. Data Protection

We handle personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Austrian data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is collected and used.

10.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts located in Innsbruck, Austria.

11.Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to clients in advance.
